2. Content and Reviews

User-Generated Content:

You are solely responsible for the content you post on the Platform, including reviews, comments, and other materials ("User Content").

Content Standards:

License to Corpians:

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

No Warranties:

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Corpians, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Corpians: Modern Slavery Code of Conduct

This Modern Slavery Code of Conduct ("Code") outlines the minimum standards expected from all suppliers, contractors, and business partners ("Suppliers") engaged with Corpians. This Code reflects our commitment to ethical business practices and the prevention of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains.

1. Prohibition of Forced Labor

No Forced, Bonded, or Indentured Labor:

Suppliers must not use any form of forced, bonded, indentured, or involuntary prison labor.

No Human Trafficking:

Suppliers must not engage in or support human trafficking.

Freedom of Movement:

Workers must have the freedom to move and leave employment upon reasonable notice. Workers should not be required to surrender government-issued identification, passports, or work permits as a condition of employment.

2. Child Labor

Suppliers must not employ individuals below the legal minimum age for employment in the country where the work is performed, or below the age of 15, whichever is higher. If local law sets a higher age for hazardous work, that higher age shall apply.

Emergency Preparedness:

Emergency plans and procedures must be in place and regularly practiced.

Suppliers must not discriminate in hiring, compensation, access to training, promotion, termination, or retirement based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, national origin, or any other protected characteristic.

Suppliers must treat all workers with dignity and respect. Physical, psychological, sexual, or verbal harassment or abuse is strictly prohibited.

Suppliers must respect the right of workers to form and join trade unions of their own choosing, and to bargain collectively, as permitted by applicable laws.

7. Compliance and Monitoring

Compliance with Laws:

Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries where they operate.

Record Keeping:

Suppliers must maintain accurate records to demonstrate compliance with this Code.

Cooperation:

Suppliers must cooperate with Corpians in any assessment or audit to verify compliance with this Code.

Suppliers are encouraged to report any concerns or suspected violations of this Code to Corpians. All reports will be treated confidentially and investigated appropriately.

9. Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to comply with this Code may result in corrective action, including but not limited to, termination of the business relationship with Corpians.

8. Monitoring and Enforcement

Corpians reserves the right to monitor and audit Suppliers' compliance with this Code. Failure to comply with this Code may result in corrective action, up to and including termination of the business relationship.

Social Media Community Guidelines

These Social Media Community Guidelines outline the expected behavior and content standards for all users interacting with Corpians' official social media channels. We encourage open discussion and engagement, but we also aim to maintain a respectful and constructive environment.

1. Be Respectful and Courteous

Treat Others with Respect:

Engage in discussions respectfully, even if you disagree. Personal attacks, insults, threats, or harassment of any kind are strictly prohibited.
